A MUST Try - Oral-b 9600 Electric Toothbrush

I want to tell you all about the best thing that's happened to me in years! OK, I know it's a bit weird considering there are so many amazing things that can happen to a person but this decision was one of the greatest I've made thus far.

It took years of convincing me to start using an electric toothbrush. I'd been stuck in my ways with my old school manual brush. I just didn't want to change. But recently, following a visit with a new dentist, they finally convinced me to make the switch.

Yes, it's expensive BUT it's totally worth it. Especially if you're like me and you have a family history of receding gum lines and periodontal issues.

The Oral-b 9600 is INCREDIBLE! I don't say that lightly. I never have brush - it does all the work for me. And with different settings for massage types, it's perfect for anyone. The way the head spins it can get anything out of your teeth and gums. It even pulsates the second you start pushing too hard. It can sense where your gums have receded and if you're placing too much pressure which is a problem I've always had. It's done wonders for me.

Stephen Gould's MAGIC Cover

This guy is not only a personal friend but he's also incredibly talented. I've posted about Stephen Gould before but man, he just gets better every time I hear him.

We met a year ago in Nashville when I was there visiting friends and hanging out at CMA Fan Fest. My girl friend Cynthia and I were headed to Broadway to catch my good friend and another super talented Nashville singer songwriter Adam Bruno's performance when Stephen picked us up in his Lyft.

Not only was he super sweet and humble about his own music, we chatted about Adam and he put some of his music on his iPhone. When he mentioned that Adam reminded him of Jon Foreman of Switchfoot fame, who happens to be my favorite band, I knew we'd become fast friends.

Summer Is Almost Here!

Spring has arrived which means summer is almost here. Warmer weather is just around the corner. Of course, I'm in Southwest Florida so it's always warm here. That just means I have more experience with warm weather products so I'm happy to make some recommendations based on the products people ask me about.

Next up, I've been using Sun Bum's tanning and sunscreen products for a few years. I love them because they smell fresh and beachy, like being on a tropical island. But they also work amazingly well in helping to bronze my skin while still protecting it from harsh UV rays. And they're natural.
